The cohesion policy of the European Union represents a significant part its budget and delivers interventions across all regions EU. There is little consensus on efficiency, links to fostering convergence regional level are uncertain. Nevertheless, were shown benefit from promoting their growth development. main objective reduce disparities that exist among lagging other, more developed regions.
